An exquisite antique Victorian brooch adorned with three large purple Spinel which are approx. 10ct each with a 6ct stone in the centre and baroque Pearls and smaller Spinel dotted in-between.

The rounded gallery is fashioned in Silver and gilded in 18ct Yellow Gold displaying fancy, twisted filigree workmanship. It is very grand and a fine example of the craftsmanship of the era.
