This fabulous ring features a Georgian Silver gallery set with a 1.75ct Green Paste stone, which is surrounded by old cut white Pastes arranged in a wonderful open worked gallery with a Fleur de lis crowned at the top.
Fleur-de-lis is a stylized emblem or device based on a lily and much used in ornamentation, particularly in heraldry long associated with the French crown.
The front gallery is Circa 1800 and has been converted into a ring with a newer 18ct Yellow Gold shank which displays beautiful engraved detailing. It is a truly fabulous ring, showing outstanding detail and quality.
We recommend you insure for £895. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
